Autumn is the most beautiful and at the same time unpleasant time of the year. Rain, slush, mud, damp, wind…  You do not want to go out of the house. In order not to get depressed and moping, everyone needs to relax. That is clear, everybody has his own art to relax – some people are fond of sports, some enjoy watching films, the other like gambling. In my opinion, even people without experience in gambling can like this type of entertainment. Check the 20Bet online betting in Canada and explore beautiful online casino games. But what about… beauty procedures? They are also considered to be one of the best ways to relax.

The variety of beauty procedures is great, you just need to choose, if you want to make them at home or still go to the salon. There are many procedures which can be done at home. They are not as difficult as they seem to be at the first sight and thank to the achievements of modern cosmetology, you can achieve great results.

In summer, we took care of our skin, not giving it delicious acids, because they do not combine in any way with the active ultraviolet radiation. Autumn, on the other hand, is the perfect time for peeling. This procedure is easy to do at home, and after the procedure, the skin will be noticeably clearer, smoother, and brighter. Peeling can be done with special serums, pads, and enzyme powders (great for those with sensitive skin). There are also special facial masks with acids. So, you need just to choose your product and begin your beautiful transformation.

The next important thing is about facial cleansing. Many people confuse peeling and facial cleansing, thinking that they are the same procedure. But it is not so, facial cleansing is a procedure aimed at clearing the pores by manual means, ultrasound, or special tools. Facial cleansing can be done at home, but it must be done correctly, otherwise there is a risk of traumatizing the skin and stretching the pores.  To do this, get an ultrasonic scrubber and brush. Before the procedure, it is recommended to thoroughly steam the skin, to cleanse it as effectively as possible. Afterwards, make sure to apply a soothing cream, gel, serum, or pore-control product.

Oil baths for hands and feet are very popular in SPA salons. This is a nice relaxing procedure that moisturizes, nourishes, and warms the skin in the cold autumn. You can use any oil, but the most useful are olive oil, almond oil, avocado oil, or for example grape seed oil. Oil baths are very simple to do. Heat the necessary amount of oil to a temperature of 35-40 degrees, dip your hands or feet in it for 10-15 minutes. Wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel. Such a bath is incredibly relaxing and nourishes dry skin. The skin will be soft, moisturized, and elastic. After the oil bath, it is ideal to put on cotton socks or gloves.

All facial masks are considered to be good for skin when they are chosen and applied in the correct way. But alginate masks can do a lot of things: improve skin tone, firmness, and elasticity, tighten pores, soothe redness and irritations, fight against the traces of fatigue, smooth out wrinkles, and strengthen skin turgor. In the first years after its appearance on the market, alginate masks were available only for professional use. But technology has stepped forward and now the procedure is easy to do at home. Many manufacturers produce alginate masks. Most often it is a dry powder. Then you need to mix it with water, put it on the face and wait for it to harden. Then you need only to remove your mask.

The care of eyelashes implies not only different procedures to stimulate the growth of eyelashes and to strengthen them, but also a careful choice of decorative cosmetics.

To take care of eyelashes at home, start with nourishing masks. However, no matter what kind of eyelashes, they will be great only around shiny and healthy eyes. Therefore, care for eyelashes is inseparable from the care of the eyes. Thus, swollen eyelids are very adverse effects on the condition of the eyelashes. To eliminate them, facial masks of thin slices of cucumber, raw potatoes, or tea and herbal compresses are well suited.

Do not forget to remove your makeup every night before going to bed and do it in the direction from the bridge of your nose to your cheekbones: Apply makeup remover to the upper and lower eyelashes, hold for 30 seconds and remove with a cotton pad.

Eat well, try to protect yourself from an overabundance of sweets and sweets, because carbohydrates prevent the body from absorbing the substances that strengthen lashes. Eat as many vegetables, fruit, and freshly squeezed juices as possible, as they contain vitamins and useful microelements.

To have gorgeous eyelashes around the enchanting eyes, it is worth remembering such a mask: vegetable oil is mixed with aloe juice and chopped parsley. This product will improve the overall condition of the eyelids, and the lashes themselves will be stronger. It should be applied with light massaging movements.

It is also necessary to use essential oils: olive, coconut, burdock, and almond. Even a greater effect can be achieved by mixing the oil with vitamins E and A. Such funds accelerate the recovery of damaged lashes. They should be applied with a mascara brush. It is desirable to do it every day for a few weeks.

Once a week do special baths by mixing sea salt and lemon juice in warm water.  After the strengthening bath, apply a special wax or olive oil to the nail plate. You can use a polishing file (800 to 4000 grit) or just rub the product with your fingers.

And paraffin therapy: many women do paraffin therapy solely to moisturize their hands. But it’s also effective for strengthening your nails. To do this, melt a special wax for a manicure, dip your fingertips in it, put on gloves, and leave for at least a couple of hours.
